Gamper Trophy in August
June 29th, 2007Be among the first to see FC Barcelona’s new lineup when Inter Milan visit the Nou Camp to play in the Gamper Trophy.
The annual match is a friendly played between Barça and an invited guest. As for this year the visiting team is often from Italy and while the teams won’t be playing for their life it is a good opportunity to see two of the world’s top football teams play at the Nou Camp.
The match is due to be played on Wednesday 29 August, but please note that this may change to either Tuesday or Thursday at short notice.

FC Barcelona v RCD Espanyol: kickoff confirmation
May 31st, 2007Details of FC Barcelona’s next match against fellow Barcelona team RCD Espanyol has now been confirmed. With Barcelona needing to win this match to remain in the running for the league title attendance will be high – we sold our allocation several months ago and the attendance figure will be one of the best of the season.
Date: Saturday 9th June at 9 p.m at the Nou Camp.
FC Barcelona v Getafe
May 17th, 2007After the shock defeat by Getafe in the King’s Cup comes a swift rematch in the league. It will be a big test of Barcelona’s resiliance and could be a defining moment in the race for the league title. The match will be played on Saturday 26th May at 22:00 and televised on TV3 and La Sexta in Spain. See availability of match tickets.
Atletico de Madrid v Barcelona
May 17th, 2007Barcelona travel to Madrid again, this time to take on the city’s second team. The match has been confirmed for Sunday May 20th at 21:00.

Meanwhile they face Real Sociedad on Saturday in the league and Getafe in the King’s Cup semifinal in a return of the match where Leo Messi scored his own Maradona style “goal of the century” and with Sevilla and Real Madrid absolutely neck and neck, Barcelona really need to focus on winning all their matches to ensure they clinch the league title.

April 9th, 2007It may not have gone Barcelona’s way on Saturday night when they played Deportivo, but they are still at the top of the league table. The bad news is that Real Madrid were able to close the gap that remains between them and Sevilla and just 2 points behind Barça. However, Barcelona have their toughest matches behind them, while Madrid and Sevilla still have some to come.
Next weekend Barcelona are playing at home against Mallorca - both that and the match after have been confirmed as follows:

FC Barcelona-Deportivo
March 28th, 2007Deportivo arrive at the Nou Camp on Saturday. Currently 12th in the league with 36 points they have the distinction of currently having won, lost and drawn 9 matches in the current season. Barcelona will be looking to make that 10 loses, although they drew when visiting Deportivo in early November.
Date and time: Saturday 31st March at 22:00.
If you can’t make the match but will be in Barcelona, the match is being shown on TV3 and La Sexta.
Other matches: Zaragoza-FCB is being played on Saturday 7 April at 20:00.
